1. Who We Are
KALIS TORIK is a European furniture sourcing partner operating from China. We connect furniture retailers, wholesalers, and interior designers with pre-vetted factories across China. This policy covers the website kalistorik.com and the services offered through it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when contacting us:
- Name and email address (from the contact form)
- Company name and message (optional, from the contact form)
- Newsletter email subscription (optional, from the newsletter form)
We do not collect payment information, national identification numbers, or sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Responding to your sourcing inquiries with quotes and factory recommendations
- Sending newsletters if you have explicitly subscribed
- Improving our service based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns
We never sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties — including the factories we work with — without your explicit permission.
4. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous traffic measurement. GA4 helps us understand how visitors find and use our site — which pages are read, how long visitors stay, and which regions they come from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. GA4 uses first-party cookies for this purpose.
We do not use marketing pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party advertising trackers. No data is shared with advertising networks.

Contact form submissions are stored on our secure server (Alibaba Cloud ECS, Germany region) and retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 24 months for follow-up reference. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process visitor data on our behalf:

- Google Fonts — serves the Montserrat and Inter typefaces. No cookies are set by Google Fonts.
