Quality Control

Quality Control

A factory will never send you its own bad photos. That is exactly why you should not rely on them.

Mid-production check

Inspectors walk the line while your order is still being made — materials, construction, finish compared against your spec, on the spot. A defect caught here is a rework. The same defect caught at unboxing is a claim, a delay, and a conversation with your own customer.

Pre-shipment check

Before anything is sealed, the goods are checked again: workmanship, packaging, carton counts, what actually goes into the container. This is the last moment a problem can still be fixed cheaply. After the vessel sails, it can only be argued about.

Independent inspectors, not factory staff

Third-party inspectors answer to you, not to the workshop. You receive the same report we do — raw photos, video, findings — before the balance is released. The decision to ship is yours, not the factory's.

The report reaches you before your balance is due. That order is not an accident — it is the whole point.
